Bojangles is a restaurant with great service, although there was an issue with a 3pc chicken order being fulfilled with only 2pc. The red beans and rice side dish consisted mostly of rice with a few beans. The employee working the front line, Brittney, received many compliments for her exceptional work. However, there was confusion about the dine-in time advertised. The food is delicious and the staff is attentive, but there may be a wait for chicken orders. Bojangles is a kid-friendly location with attractive decorations and spacious seating. It is also wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and reserved parking spaces.
