Good food and wonderful service. The fried mushrooms with horseradish sauce is really good. Nice beer selection. Burgers are really good and so is the salmon. We go a couple of times a month.
This is a wonderful restaurant, for the money, and service is terrific. We sat outside the restaurant where the doors are open to fresh air. This made for a terrific experience. They also have a good selection of beer, if that's your thing. Char Bar is a good choice for a nice time.
I was at the bar today and the bartender was great. Good conversation and cold beer. He did unfortunately have to open the outside area to appease an unruly party outside who complained about the heat. We were instantly blasted with hot air at the bar but he fought for us and our comfort which was all I could ask. Kudos to Paris for trying!
