“Each part of the experience was excellent. I was on the phone and needed a pen they were quick to provide it for me. The patiently waited to take our order and we didn’t have to wait long for the food. The food tasted fresh and flavorful.“

“This was my first taste of Korean food. It was VERY good. We both ordered Bulgogi, one chicken, one beef. Can recommend both. The person helping us with our order was very kind and even gave us a sample of the bulgogi to taste. He also gave us dumplings to try before we left. We took our food to go and ate at home and the bag came with forks, chopsticks, and small containers of vegetables (Kimchi and something else). The restaurant was small but appeared clean. Another couple was eating there and obviously enjoying their food. (They had served in Korea so were familiar with Korean food, and indicated that it was authentic and fresh.) Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos.“

“It’s the REAL deal. I had the cold soba noodle soup (hard to find at most Korean restaurants) AND it hit the spot. Not to mention, PRETTY MUCH everything that was served at the tables around me, looked AMAZING. Yeah, I was looking. HARD not too…when the smell, the sizzle, and presentation looked bomb as FRICK. I’ll be back to try it.“

“As a Korean from the West coast, I can say with utmost certainty that this is the best Korean food you can get in Charlotte. Kimchi is always fresh and has amazing flavor, perfectly balanced and has a nice kick all kimchi should have. I grew up going to hole in the wall Korean restaurants with my 할머니 and the Dduk Mandu Guk is the closest I get to being back there. Nice proportions fitting of a Korean restaurant, and trust me you will be wanting to have more despite being so full you’re ready to explode. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!“

“This place is fantastic. I highly recommend you do the premium menu and enjoy all of the amazing options. This is also one of the only restaurants in town that has Korean beer. If you have never asked for Somaek please make sure you try it. It is a fantastic Korean drinking culture staple. I can't wait to come back and see the wonderful staff again. I look forward to having business clients and friends/family here 😊“

“Cute little spot we found near us. The aesthetics are so cute and I love how they have dining areas and regular casual seating areas. I definitely made me want to come back here just to sit over some coffee. The oxtail pho I had was pretty good, and the Korean bowl my bf had was tasty! We also had the Vietnamese street tacos, which was delicious. I’m not sure which noodles it was, but it’s similar to the ones used for lo mein, that was alright. Flavor wasn’t really savory, mainly just some sweet sauce.

3 stars for service because it wasn’t really that type of service. You go to the screens to order yourself then they just bring it to your table, not much said from that.
