Marcus is a rock star!🤩 He was so patient and professional while I decided what to order. We are always impressed with the food at Panda Express, but the customer service is always exceptional too. This location has an amazing team!
Great food at a great price. Easily accessed with ample parking and fantastic customer service staff.
This is a relatively new restaurant and appears very clean inside. The two ladies working behind the counter were amazing and provided great customer service. There was a guy who looked, acted like and treated us like he want to be anywhere but there. When things slowed down he ducked around the corner so he could sit and vape. Panda Express is a relatively new restaurant that appears very clean inside. The food is always impressive, with many reviewers noting the food tasted great and was so good. The customer service is often exceptional, with an amazing team and hardworking ladies behind the counter providing great customer service. One worker, however, looked, acted, and treated customers like he wanted to be anywhere but there, and when things slowed down he ducked around the corner to sit and vape. Another visit was disappointing because the location was 2+ people understaffed and for at least 30 minutes ignored the 20+ would-be customers in line to service on-line orders and drive-up window. The drive thru is a common problem: one reviewer waited 40 minutes with only one car ahead, another waited 45 minutes, and another spent over 20 minutes at the window. The tea was sour on one visit. The health score was a 94, and the inspection report was concerning. Prices are reasonable for today's standard.
