We dine at Chili's often and the service and the food is always
fresh and delicious. Bill Applegate is always helpful with our
needs concerning an allergy issue we have and Bill always
aims to please.
The waitstaff is always friendly and we are never disappointed
with our dining experience. Bill and his crew do a fantastic job!

For instance, one customer waited 15 minutes without assistance in the to-go area, and another found their order left unattended for a long time.
