Not sure what the issue is here. Not busy, middle of the afternoon… placed order for well done steak. The person who brought our food basically threw it us and left. The waitress tried to recover and did a nice job etc,,, Had to send the med rare steak back for a redo. And we are still waiting on ketchup!!
We prefer coming to this location over the Matthews location. The staff is very friendly, and we haven't had any issues with the appetizers or meal we order. The food is cooked as I requested it, the food temperature is good, and the taste is very good. The waitress we request always does a stupendous job, and she stays on top of things to make our visit pleasurable. The ambiance is good and not too loud.

I love this longhorn it's always good to go there afterwork an have a drink an relax. Went to have lunch the food was great sat at the bar this time idk why I even did the waiter was so rushy for me to eat n leave didnt ask me did i want water didnt ask me did i need napkins didnt ask me what salad i wanted knowing the meal comes with a salad bread and a side even after I tipped and had another drink (not drunk) but was actually waiting for some one he was a jerk prolly thought...read full review
