I don’t understand the negative reviews, I guess things happen sometimes. I been here 4 times since it’s opening and received excellent service and coffee every single time! Of course there’s sometimes a wait but it’s always worth it!
As good as any Dutch except……

However, one customer notes inconsistent wait times, sometimes 25-30 minutes for a single coffee, making them late for work, and suggests more staff or better staff is needed. That customer also mentions inappropriate music blasting every morning, usually songs about drugs or s3x, despite highschool kids working there. Another customer finds the coffee subpar, saying an iced latte, hot Americano, or simple black cold brew needs countless sugars and heavy dairy, and a basic Americano will leave you disappointed.
