“These guys are great, we booked them for a company picnic on Oct 25 at Frank Liske Park only to be told at pretty much the last moment that they couldn’t come for some crazy reasons by the park. Amanda and her husband offered to still make the food for us that we ordered and bring it to us like they catered it. They went above and beyond for us and even though we couldn’t experience the truck we got to experience their food and it was absolutely delicious and all our guys and their families loved it. We will for sure use them again thanks again Amanda.“

“These folks are listed out of Huntersville, but they travel, and I, for one, am extremely grateful for their mobility.They have 2 enormous smokers, and they most definitely know how to use them.Turkey wings, legs, chicken, BBQ, etc. I could go on and on, but I included a close-up shot of their menu for you to look over yourself.They are located on Statesville Ave on Fridays. Right across from the Shell gas station and right next door to Jerry's grocery store in a huge gravel filled lot. There is plenty of room for parking and some picnic tables to sit at as well.The sweet tea is Southern, and the Q is definitely on point, with their own sauce, not quite all Eastern NC style and not quite all Western NC style, but a nice crossover. Loved the potato salad, and the turkey leg was smoked to absolute perfection. You can literally taste the infusion of smokiness in each and every single bite. My co-worker ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries and said they were a big hit as well. The burger actually covered the entire bun. He said the Q sauce was great for dipping the fries as well.You can follow them and see where they'll be located each and every day.
