Got in and ordered a sip club drink and pastry. Computers/app was down (and was for a whole week) waiting to get an email that their security was compromised.Man behind the counter might have been the owner because he was super nice and apologized for the inconvenience and quickly got my order.I will say all employees at all Panera must have great training because I've yet to encounter an unfriendly employee.
Called in and paid for order in advance for rapid pick up. After driving over 20 minutes, and already having received confirmation that our order is ready, when I arrived, not only was The order not ready, they were out of one of the items I had requested. Should never have sent the confirmation if the order wasn’t ready. Also, profoundly disappointed their ending chicken salad. Definitely would not go back to this one.
