“*I’m editing this review after speaking to a manager who was so kind and listened to my concerns. I will continue to visit this establishment. We love the food at Moe’s and have had only good service up until last nights event.

Tonight at 6:45 I completed an online order and was told it would be ready at 7pm. When I arrived at 7pm the order was not ready so I patiently waited along with 2 gentleman also waiting. I completely understand that times given are estimates but as I waited and watched people move through the line and get their orders I decided to inquire. The young lady at the cash register asked for my name and said they’d be working on it soon. 10 minutes later I saw my receipt still on the counter and they continued to move people through the line. I asked if it would be quicker to just get in line and if I could cancel my order. A lady came over and informed me in a very rude tone that they help customers in line first and they work on online orders when they can. The way she spoke to me led to another gentleman stepping forward and letting her know we were just inquiring and it would be helpful if they could have just let us know they are running behind. I have worked in customer service for over 24 years and have a high tolerance. I know how tough the service industry can be but there was absolutely no reason for her to speak to me the way she did. It honestly humiliated me. I love Moe’s! It’s my sons favorite restaurant and I will say he loved his burrito we picked up tonight. There was a tall young man who was very kind. The woman who was so hateful was blonde with a blue and pink ponytail.“

“Nice experience at this Chili's today. Except for one employee that totally disregarded our request for a to-go container, even though she said she would bring us one, the service was amazing. It took a bit for our server to come to the table but once she got there it was worth the wait. Food was fresh and tasty, place was clean and except for the one employee the staff was extremely friendly. If you are in the area stop by for some good eats. Ask for Payton, she was our server and was definitely locked in and made sure we had a good experience.“

“Nice Moe's location. Has similar food to the rest, obviously. The ladies working there at lunch were very nice and got my food to me quickly. It is next to the AAA and a ton of other shops if you're getting work done on your car and need to kill a couple of hours.“
