Bagels were not fresh. Either defrosted, or from the day before. Went in about 0930AM. Ordered a BEC, the sandwich came out surprisingly fast. Bit into sandwich and it seemed microwaved. Rubbery texture.
I already bought a half dozen to take home. Bagels were same consistency, stale or old. Wife made the same comment.
Staff was friendly. Food just wasn't good.
