Food was just OK, service was nowhere to be found (lady at the reguster messed up every order while I was there) and the place removed beverages and ketchup from the dining room. Mismanaged is all I can say. There are other options nearby, go to one of them instead.
I can't thank this Bojangles enough for helping me on Thursday 11/16/23. I had placed a catering order with Food Lion in AB and they didn't have it at all! I had to scramble for chicken tenders for the 65 guests I had arriving to my house. Bojangles had them done in 20 minutes and they were so polite and helpful. They were all eaten an enjoyed! Thank you so much and so much appreciation to the staff that was on Thursday night!

Slowest drive thru I have ever encountered. Everytime it takes 20 minutes or longer. It's a different person at the drive thru each time. But today they didn't even thank me just handed my food to me & stared.my biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat the bottom & bo-rounds were cold. It still took 20 minutes. Unbelievable!
