In town to meet a bunch of family who met here for the 4th of July weekend. We're from Charleston which has a million great places to eat, and struggled a bit to find something in Morehead City that would wow us since we also were celebrating our anniversary. Floyd's is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend Floyd's 1921 to everyone!
Today we had Fathers Day Brunch. Food and service were excellent. The only comment i will make is take cash so you do not have to pay a 3% charge-for using a credit card. This extra charge is part of doing business for the restaurant owner. I would rather pay a higher price for my meal than a tacky 3% charge. I have eaten here several times and it-has always been great. Barton Baldwin
