I am normally not one to leave reviews, but I feel angry enough to leave one for this company. I am only giving this business a 2 because I do have to say the food was good. We hired Pam’s Specialized catering for our wedding of about 100 people approximately 1 year in advance. Had her for for my wedding. She said there would be three people serving food (paid for three as well) and there were only two. Asked for 85 plates and only 73 people were actually fed. Would not suggest, over charges for okay food and services that are not delivered.

Pam’s Specialized Catering went over the top. The food served for our event was fantastic . It was an outdoor event on property with no kitchen facility, and over 100 guest. Everyone’s food was hot and amazing . The servers/bartender were exceptional ,kind, and very very helpful. I could not be more pleased with how the catering turned out. Don’t base this company on a few skeptical reviews from Goggle reviews.
