Bugs in food! Look, I'm not one to slam a family business, but when you serve me an expensive seafood dish and I find a roach-like addition in my food, it's time to seriously close your place down and scrub the kitchen from top to bottom.
I got halfway through my meal when I discovered the lil' guy swimming in the butter. We both lost our appetites immediately, and stopped eating. Walked out on the spot.
