I know several people have had a few bad experiences over the past year or so. Including our family. We had family just visit last week 5-8th and we had a large variety of items. I must say every was cooked perfectly. Made for a great experience for family that was visiting. Thanks to all. Update May 2023. Using frozen shrimp or at least pre-cooked. Smaller portions. The hush puppies are the only thing to go for. Waitress was wonderful.
Outdoor seating is best and they allow furry friends. Their clam strips and scallops with pork belly are among my favorites. They don’t charge an arm and a leg for wine either. I think they have a new chef who does a great job. Their cocktail sauce is fresh and to die for!
30 years ago I would eat here as many times a month I could get to Morehead, no better food anywhere. It's been 30years I've waited. My friends thought it was good but they don't know it then. I'm sorry to say but I was very disappointed. Even more disappointing was watching my $30 plate hit the trash. I did notice from looking at it and the one bite I took that there were excessive spices present, maybe Mediterranean or Mid Eastern. Each owner has the right...
