Little Guatemala Reviews
Little Guatemala is hands down some of the best coffee in town. The ambiance is incredible, the food is amazing, and every visit feels like an experience rather than just a stop for coffee.
When the weather is right and you can sit out on the back porch, it’s pure magic. It feels peaceful, vibrant, and inviting — like you’ve stepped into a little pocket of somewhere special. Inside, the space is just as thoughtful, and the sense of community is strong. From hosting...read full review
Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and coffee this morning at this place. I’ve been wanting to try this place for quite a while.
While it is “Guatemala” it really reminded us of the time we spent in Nicaragua.
The food is freshly prepared! The tortillas are amazing!
I did not see it on the menu but I’m hoping they can make me some authentic gallo pinto next time.
We will certainly be back even if it’s not a very local shop to us.
Soooo good! The iced caramel latte is 😍 sweet staff too! 💕

Little Guatemala is a cozy restaurant that offers a variety of Guatemalan dishes, including flank steak, scrambled eggs, plantains, beans, chuchitos, tamalitos, and oatmeal drinks. The chuchitos, mini tamales with chicken and a red tomatoey salsa, are a popular choice, while the tamalitos, mini sweet corn tamales, may have a one-note flavor for some. The thick, cinnamony oatmeal drink, reminiscent of atole, is also a customer favorite. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with cozy indoor and outdoor seating. The owners have created a local gem, and the coffee served is excellent, roasted on-site. Customers praise the friendly staff and the authentic Guatemalan cultural experience, including the opportunity to watch soccer on the beautiful back porch and enjoy the outside soccer field or indoor options for entertainment. The décor and atmosphere reflect Guatemalan culture, and the place feels very much like a piece of Guatemala. Some diners noted that dishes can be under-flavored at times, and there is a request for tips at checkout without table service, but overall, Little Guatemala is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable spot to enjoy reasonably priced, delicious Guatemalan cuisine in a cozy setting.
