What an amazing place! I love that the dim sum carts are finally back post-COVID. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is (usually) hot and fresh. Every once in a while there may be something that's been on the cart a little too long, but they are more than happy to reheat or remake anything fresh. Best dim sum in the triangle. First of all, there aren't many places one can find Dim Sum in the area, let alone North Carolina outside major urban areas. So this high rating has more to do with simply existing than the food.It's hard to get Dim Sum right if you don't have a packed restaurant. The idea is that the food goes quickly off carts, thus stays hot and fresh. So, the food could have been a little hotter and better but we felt fortunate just to have Dim Sum at all!
