“I really enjoyed my chicken bowl. Of course prices are quite high because it's in an airport. It had great flavor, yummy sauces, and they really filled the bowl up with food. Only issue is it was too watery. Just drain the meat more, that's the issue but that seems like an easy fix. The service was average, nothing exceptional, but nice people. I'd eat there again, yum!“

“I went here yesterday day and got three steak tacos and fries, and they were great, and the presentation of the tacos were good as well. I'm definitely coming back here to eat, and if anyone sees this review, I recommend you try this food.“

“We left church and came here to celebrate 3 birthdays. We had 1 waitress talking to of 2 tables with 16 people. She was so good cause we were a group of young people, older people and seniors. The food didn't take long to come out and only a couple of orders had issues, but management took care of it. The food otherwise was delicious and on point.“

“Always amazing! I always receive the warm Moe's greeting. The staff answers my questions/is patient when I want to try something new and not just repeat my standard mobile order. I love the app and the deals. Very affordable and good portions... Bonus: have you seen their most recent health score?!?

“It's located within the Alexandria building but easy to get to and open to the public! I got a large latte with dulce de leche syrup and it was so tasty. Food and drinks here were reasonably priced for the quality. The staff here were very kind and the environment was clean and cozy! Pleasantly surprised by this place, hope to come back soon!“

“I come here for lunch all the time as it’s by my office and I can’t say enough great things about this particular Moe’s and about Danielle, she is amazing. She’s super friendly, remembers my order, and genuinely makes me want to come back. Today I met Zia, who is also very kind and friendly. They were creating a great atmosphere for the restaurant.
The food is always hot, fresh, and well prepared too.“

“After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.
This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!“

“The staff is amazing! Fun environment. Good food BUT…
The OWNER OF THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO GET THE AIR CONDITIONING FIXED. It has been out for almost a month! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE working conditions, let alone for those customers who’d consider eating in.
The interior updates are nice but you shouldn’t expect your employees to work in these conditions. Be better.“

“Super nice folks working there so I’m not going to roast too badly. But, the prices at this location are WAY elevated compared to stand alone locations. Example: pizza is $4.99 at the stand alone location near me (way too much to start with) and $6.49 at the mall location. Nearly $10 for Mexican Pizza and a small drink. Just be aware….“

“This location is the best in the Triangle. I have been taking my family here for more than 15 years, and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate how helpful this crew is in getting your meal however you may want it! They have been so incredibly consistent in the enthusiasm. Love this place.“

“Ordered ahead during weeknight dinner time. Food was ready when I got there and the food tasted fresh. Staff weren't super friendly, but weren't rude either. Just... Nice enough. This location would probably benefit from a little extra customer service training to get that 5th star.“
