“I agree that the flavors are mild; be sure to ask for extra spicy if you like it that way. It was ready super fast and it was easy to just get a single taco and just hang out in the comfortable booth section nearby while I waited two hours for my flight.
Quick and simple taco that was made exactly the way I like (though I wish a tad bit spicier; so be sure to ask for extra spicy if you like that)

“I am solely leaving this review because of the customer service that I received at this location.. I don't typically eat moes, but I had such a pleasant encounter while I was there. I was greeted and assisted by Jacob..i couldn't figure out what I wanted. The restaurant was empty and he kindly took the time to bring me through the menu and offer suggestions. i Honestly would have walked out if he didn't do that. Because again, I don't typically eat from moes and was discouraged until this gentleman began to assist. isaha was working the register and he was also so very kind and gracious as I paid for my order. customer service is always my priority and I appreciate to have received such a grace and courtesy from jacob. p s this took place about a month ago and i'm just coming back to speak on it now as it still crosses my mind .“

“The team at this location is absolutely incredible! I needed very last minute catering for a last minute work event, I'm talking notified at 9:40 AM for a meal of 10 people needed to be picked up by 11:15 AM same day. I called and Daniel picked up. He was able to walk me through the process, and his coworker Danielle was able to help me sort out how to pay online and get drinks situated. When I arrived, the food was ready and hot and they took time out of their busy day to load up my car. During all of this there was only an attitude of helpfulness and kindness and it made such a stressful day so much better. They are such a great team and I am so greatful for them!“

“We left church and came here to celebrate 3 birthdays. We had 1 waitress talking to of 2 tables with 16 people. She was so good cause we were a group of young people, older people and seniors. The food didn't take long to come out and only a couple of orders had issues, but management took care of it. The food otherwise was delicious and on point.“

“It's located within the Alexandria building but easy to get to and open to the public! I got a large latte with dulce de leche syrup and it was so tasty. Food and drinks here were reasonably priced for the quality. The staff here were very kind and the environment was clean and cozy! Pleasantly surprised by this place, hope to come back soon!“

“After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.

This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!“

The OWNER OF THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO GET THE AIR CONDITIONING FIXED. It has been out for almost a month! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE working conditions, let alone for those customers who’d consider eating in.
The interior updates are nice but you shouldn’t expect your employees to work in these conditions. Be better.“

“Super nice folks working there so I’m not going to roast too badly. But, the prices at this location are WAY elevated compared to stand alone locations. Example: pizza is $4.99 at the stand alone location near me (way too much to start with) and $6.49 at the mall location. Nearly $10 for Mexican Pizza and a small drink. Just be aware….“

“This location is the best in the Triangle. I have been taking my family here for more than 15 years, and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate how helpful this crew is in getting your meal however you may want it! They have been so incredibly consistent in the enthusiasm. Love this place.“
