I order the “build your own” bowl. Food is ok! The grilled steak is not grilled it’s basically steamed. The rice is really crunchy which means it’s under cooked. This place needs to cooked their rice longer because you can crack a tooth with the rice they’re serving. For airport food it’s ok! Again, cook the rice longer people!!
The food looks it could be great, but quite underwhelming. They are lacking flavor, under seasoned, and lacking the zest Mexican foods usually have. I was excited about their healthy options of veggies and beans, but found it very hard to enjoy…I really hope they do better in the future!
I agree that the flavors are mild; be sure to ask for extra spicy if you like it that way. It was ready super fast and it was easy to just get a single taco and just hang out in the comfortable booth section nearby while I waited two hours for my flight.
