“SOPHIA and CARLOS Both had a nasty attitude because online there is a party pack but doesn’t show how many nuggets are in the pack. My assumption was that it was 20 nuggets like all other Wendy’s I’ve been to for my three small kids. Sophia was very rude and so was Carlos in a very aggressive manner.
I asked why I had to wait for an online order and she said we don’t just have 50 nuggets laying around. Smart mouth and still doesn’t make sense it wasn’t prepared when we pulled up as the order was placed 15 mins prior to our arrival. The line was clear and they pulled us up to fry the 50 nuggets.
Sophia called Dolse’ and she stated I had to cancel the order on the app which is fine but there was no option so she basically said there was nothing they could do and she knows nothing about the online system. It puzzled me the GM didnt know about a system that’s used everyday in their restaurant. Although it may be done through a third party or they may not manage that system she and her staff should have some knowledge of the BASICS.
Lastly there was a kid sitting in the restaurant while their parent was working. Very unprofessional place and I should have just spent a bit more and ditched the fast food. Do BETTER

“I’m a bit late with this review but I had to comment on how well I was treated by this young lady named Tiffany. She was very kind, courteous and was very helpful with making sure my order was prepared to my liking. Not to mentioned I left without my drink trying to run to pick up my daughter from school, Tiffany ran outside to the road to make sure I did not leave without my drink. A1 service for me!“
