“Really nice hometown Italian restaurant. The owners are welcoming and kind. Didn't ask where they were from but it seemed like they had a Mediterranean/Italian accent, so they know their stuff. The hot subs look really good and the others in our party seemed to enjoy them. Choose family owned and delicious, choose Roma. Super friendly family run place. What a gem in this area! I'm sure the locals love it. We were just passing by after hiking up the linville gorge. The pizza was excellent, dough was obviously freshly made, it was light and crisp, yet soft. Everyone loved what they ordered. The calzones and hot subs were excellent. Don't miss it if you're looking for an affordable and delicious meal. One thing I will say is it's cash only, but they have an ATM on premise. I can appreciate a cash only business when it feels like every other restaurant is pushing cards and digital payment methods. I could go on a rant about that but this is a yelp review so... all I can say is, eat here!“

“Wonderful place and wonderful food! Pizza was great and the salad was fantastic! The owners were one of a kind and treated us so well, never expected to have such an experience in a small town in North Carolina! If you're in Marion, which will be again one day, this is a must-stop. Keep it going guys!“

“The pizza is very good! I bought a slice and forgotten how good the pizza is from there. I do recommend stopping off the interstate to grab a pizza or a slice. The godfathers is located inside the Loves Truck Stop Store. 4/4/24 Pizza is still Fantastic!!Parking: Huge parking lot up front for everyday vehicles. The back is parking for the Transfer Trucks to gas up, shop, eat and sleep.“

“We visited Refinery 13 Taproom while we were on our mountain get away. The beer selection is awesome! And it was very family friendly! There are games all over and our two boys (8 & 10yo) had a blast hanging out. We ordered wings and pizzas. The food was a hit as well! We got lucky and it wasn't that busy, but we were told it's busy most of the week, except Saturday. Pick your day and go! It's awesome! We will definitely be back!“
