I ate lunch at China Garden yesterday 18 May 2024 at 2pm. Buffet food had steam coming from containers but food was luke warm. White rice was so old that it was hard, dry, stuck to the serving ladel. The egg foo young sauce and other sauces had been sitting for so long there was a film developing over them. It seems like the "chefs" would come out occasionally to give them a stir. Broccoli dish was disgusting. "Chefs" were adding new food to old food. I would hate to see the kitchen....read full review
