“We were so disappointed when the James City Pizza Hut location closed—it's been a long-time favorite in our household. But as it turns out, it was a blessing in disguise! The team at the Glenburnie location has expanded their delivery area and now delivers to us, and we couldn't be happier with the service and quality.
We've ordered a few times now, and every experience has been excellent. The wings are consistently cooked to perfection and generously sauced—just the way we like them. The pizza has just the right amount of sauce, and believe it or not, the toppings are actually evenly distributed across the whole pizza (a rare and appreciated detail!).
On our most recent order (7/31), the driver went above and beyond. He called when he arrived, respecting our “Do Not Knock” notice—something we really appreciate to avoid setting off our enthusiastic dogs. He didn’t just drop the food and walk away—he made sure we received it properly.

“The girls at the drive through were polite. The only issue I had was the amount of time my order took and the lack of explanation but the store manager gave me a call and explained the delay. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. The cause in my delay was due to the cook. I used to prefer the Glenburnie location until we moved closer to MLK. The past 3 times we've been to the MLK location we've had great service and this was the only time my order took long.“
