The “Original” sandwich is a unique flavor combination which requires I stop in at a Schlotzsky’s whenever I’m passing a town that has one - they have become rather rare.

Yes the sandwich is a bit expensive for fast food. But not any more than a similar sized sandwich (such as Jersey Mike’s).

The service is good. The food is never a letdown. The pizza is delicious and the sandwiches thick, heavy, and savory. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the music is drab. The music is mellow and 70's. The place never disappoints and has a good app to earn points and get some rewards.
