Hardee's is a restaurant that serves meals like the spicy chicken combo with fries. The chicken is good and the pickle slice is good. The fries can be lukewarm, but the iced coffee is very good. Some customers have had great experiences with the staff, particularly a person who works at the drive-through window. This person is kind, patient, and accommodating, with a contagious smile. They provide great service, even on busy days. Customers appreciate the friendly service and have received extras like a free apple turnover and coupons. The staff works hard, even in difficult weather conditions, to provide fast and accurate food. Overall, Hardee's has its ups and downs, but the staff's customer service skills are a highlight of the restaurant.
