“While traveling from Charlotte to my vacation mountain house in west jefferson, I stopped in today and used the kfc app to place a pickup order. My 8 piece bucket meal was ready within 5 to 6 minutes. The restaurant was immaculately clean when I entered and the staff was amazing. The staff greeted me when I entered and were so friendly with beautiful smiles. One staff double checked my order before giving it to me and thanked me and said she hoped I enjoyed it! Coming from Charlotte nc, you never get service like this. I hope the staff receive some recognition for their excellent customer service“

“Great service and order was correct at this location. I used the drive through. Employees were polite. They asked if I need salad dressing for the salad. I appreciate that because the Chick-fil-A across the street sure didn't ask! I visited both because my Sister's husband just passed away and I tried to buy everything I could think of to get her to eat. After wasting money and time to get that mess at the other place, she ended up opting to eat her Zaxby's salad. Thank you Zaxby's. You are the best! I'll never forget this. I also appreciate the extra sauce that the other place never even offered...“
