“My friend and I decided to make the trip up to Wilkesboro from Taylorsville today to get a change of scenery and some lunch. We stumbled across Cinder Bistro from their good reviews. We were not disappointed!! From the minute we stepped in the door, the service was top notch. The place has a great rustic ambiance, and is big and nice and clean. I had the brisket quesadilla with collard greens and my buddy had the spring harvest salad with grilled chicken. My food was slammin'!!! The brisket in the quesadilla was different, but was really, really, really good! The collard greens were hand cut and trimmed, and delicious! Not those precut out of the bag collards with the stem pieces. My friend said his salad was one of the best salads he has ever had in his life and would drive there from Charlotte to get it again any time. Lol. Needless to say, from the A1 service, ambiance, and food, Cinder Bistro was a hit! The drive up there was beautiful too! Can't wait to go back.“

“I ordered from the North wilkesboro location. I had a call in order, my order was ready when I arrived. The cashier was super friendly. I ordered a 10" Cauliflower gluten free pizza with BBQ sauce, extra pineapples and Jalepenos. When I tell you it is probably one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I couldn't just stop at 1 or 2 slices. The crust was crunchy and the cheese was browned just perfectly. The best combination I could have ordered.“

“My first time at this cute deli. The homemade sandwiches are delicious she makes the sandwiches with so much love, and care. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I most definitely will be returning. Prices are very reasonable and you can’t go wrong eating homemade sandwiches. Thanks ladies“

“I am a longtime customer of Hadley’s. I have been eating there for over 40 years. After the restaurant was sold and closed for a period of time, I really missed the food there. When it reopened, I initially did not return but in the last few months, I have returned found the food is great, much as it always was. They have three waitresses who are awesome. These ladies work together and when food comes out either one of these ladies will get your food and bring it to you. They know how to work together. They often have to bus tables and even have to wash dishes because Hadley’s seems to have trouble keeping a dishwasher. But they do an awesome job waiting tables. The food is still very good with chicken and dumplings my favorite. Chicken tenders, pintos, slaw, country style steak are all very good. Hot dogs and hamburgers are great and fries are hot and crisp. Great cornbread too. I visit at least once a week and the food is great and service is consistently great.“

I love the cashier and how all the staff is friendly and ready to work. When people work hard it makes the place so much better they have team work like I've never seen before maybe if McDonald's did they would do better. “The shrimp tacos are the best I have EVERRRRR had!!! And they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Also, on the weekends the upstairs bar is open and there is a jukebox and a pool table. And the bartender is 10/10. You walk up the steps outside to get to it.“

“It could be cheaper for what it is but it doesn't fail in flavor, style, and presentation; when eating in restaurant and taking out. Would i eat there everyday if they were cheaper? Yes they have healthy options with tons of flavors but almost 12 dollars for large chips and cheese is pretty pricey. I'd recommend 8-9 dollars to keep profit and customer retention!“
