“When I checked my recept I noticed it was wrong , and before I could bring it to their attention they corrected the order. Then they gave a refund on the over charge and gave us an extra sandwich to make up it. Always good food and service at this location ,. Sheena and Maria were super and fast , thanks !“

“This Arby's is small but the customer service made a big impression on us. We ordered for a family of 4 so we had to pull in a spot and wait a bit. Didn't take long for the food to come out and the gentleman was very polite and apologized for the wait then offered us some coupons. Overall everything was great I highly recommend the turkey sandwich 🤤“

“I’ll never forget, my first experience at the Burger King in Leland NC. I had the best interaction with the gentleman taking my order. He was kind, attentive and patient. I look forward to my BK visits, knowing that this employee makes every experience feel successful, as I leave with a perfect order and a smile. I had to leave a review to give this employee their flowers. I believe the receipt said his name is Rommel. if so, he is my favorite employee, Hands down. “I've been coming here every morning for probably the last two years.I guess, and I absolutely love it not just because my food is always on point.The lady that works the drive through of the mornings which i'm pretty sure is the manager. Almost seems like my mother. She's tough and such a sweetheart in that loving old fashioned old soal kind of way. Definitely.One of those morning smiles that you kind of look forward to.
