9 Best Burger Restaurants near Norwood

“This place is a must for anyone local to Norwood or anyone in Stanly County for that matter. Best Mexican food I’ve ever had and my family agrees. Mario is the most down to earth, nicest owner ive ever met, always making sure your visit is the best and the food is even better.“

“I loved their Turkey Burgers . Traveled all the way from Albemarle to get it. But unfortunately they do not serve that any more. But their Fish dinners are delicious and you get generous portions.“

“The ribs were awesome! Probably the most tender ribs I have ever had! I highly recommend you go Friday and try the ribs! The banana pudding is well worth the trip also! Definitely 5 star!“

“About what you would expect for a pool hall kind of bar. Nice table setups. They also have several 8'? or 9'? tables. Standard pub fare from the kitchen.

I have not been here on a Friday or Saturday, but it appears that they do have live music on occasion as there is a stage area at the back.

Prices are pretty good for both food and drinks. I am not sure what the fare is for pool table use.

I did try some Extra Hot Wings. They were actually pretty good. A nice a standard Buffalo wing. I would be curious to try other menu items.

Service is just ok. You really have to get their attention unless you are right in front of them.

“Who would have thought that coming here around 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon would be perfect?? My Mushroom Swiss burger was absolutely amazing and hot off the grill. The 50 Cent boneless wings are also a deal and have great flavors. My son absolutely loved his pasta and chicken tenders. Amazing food all the way around and great service.“

“Food is always good. Customer service is usually pretty good. Some need to work on their friendliness. The atmosphere needs a facelift. They used to have the high school memorabilia hanging in the walls, but most have been taken down. Needs a facelift.“

“I came through Albemarle drive through on 12-17-24 to grab my kids some dinner and was greeted by Mae Allen through the speaker.The way she spoke to me the knowledge she had of the menu was excellent she had wonderful customers service so I will be returning. If you ever get a chance to go to the Hardee's on 24-27 in Albemare I hope you get to experience Mae.“
