“We visit oak island every year and I have never tried Burney’s until today. My son and I picked out multiple items and the woman who helped us asked if we’d ever been there before. When I said no, she gave us a glazed croissant to try for free! It was delicious, I ended up purchasing another w/buttercream icing filling and it was so good. Everything I purchased was great and was gone before the end of the day. Already planning to go back tomorrow before we have to head home :)“

“Amazing cinnamon rolls!! Our family orders these annually when we visit Holden Beach. They're huge and we look forward to them each year. I'd suggest getting an extra pack of icing for these giant rolls. The key is to preorder them online!! The line for same day purchases is always out the door.“

“Jumpin Java is one of our many things we MUST have when we come to visit the beach no matter the time of year!! We love the service!!! Everything we have ever gotten here is always fantastic!! I would rather have this any day over Starbucks. Also extremely convenient for us because you’re in the neighborhood also. ❤️“

“Very nice coffee house. Excellent coffee and muffins. Breakfast sandwiches are only fair, and cannot compete with Starbacks. However, PCJ has superior coffee.“
