Extremely rude and neglectful staff person working the lunch shift on April 18, 2024. Order completely messed up. Slammed the window so hard in my face when I was frustrated for good reason and just trying my best not to cry over being treated disrespectfully (on top of trying not to cry over a death in my family). Her attitude was so mean-spirited and her behavior so overactive that she could have shattered the glass right in my face. We are all fighting a hard battle, but there is no cause to go that far and endanger someone.

Do better! You guys used to do a great job. Not sure what happened! However, the blizzard cups are even clear and the ingredients STILL aren’t mixed well! Yall have any idea how much more difficult it is to mix with the spoon?

I had to write to let you know how outstanding the service was at your store located on Oak Island, NC. We didn’t realize the store closed at 10pm, and pulled up a few minutes later. The 2 women working were so kind, and instead of turning us away, they graciously agreed to serve us with a smile. It is hard to find good service at most places during business hours. This was exceptional service…after hours! I just wanted you to know how pleased and impressed we were. Plus, our ice cream was so delicious! Thank you so much!!!??

MEDIOCRE. CLOSED DOWN LINE AFTER WE WAITED 45 MINUTES. WE MOVED TO DIFF LINE, AND THE OPNED THE OTHER LIKE BACK UP RUGHT AFTER WE MOVED. RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. UNBELIEVABLE. WE CAME YESTERDAY AND IT WAS FABULOUS. TODAY NOT FABULOUS. MY BLIZZARD WAS MEDIOCRE, and WARM. THE ICE-CREAM IN GENERAL WAS WARM. THE PEOPLE ARENT WORKING HARD ENOUGH. I CANT BELIEVE HOW HORRIBLE THE EXPERIENCE WAS. i still love the chocolate dipped strawberrry blizzard though, even though it was warm. LINES OUTRAGEOUSLY LONG. LINES WERE NOT ORGANIZED, VERY CROOKED, and warm. I WOUOD LIKE A REFUND FOR ALL 18 YEARS IVE BEEN HERE. thank you.

DQ just ripped me off. Featuring $1.00 off Large Milkshakes so I ordered a Lg. Vanilla. Should have checked it before I left. Drove 3 blocks to my home looking forward enjoying it.What they gave me was a large Cup of Cold Milk with very little Ice Creme in it.Check your order before you leave.
