Best new place to eat in Southport! We love Thai food and this place was superb!
Great food and great service!
Staff was kind and food was delicious. Portions were perfect. Plenty of vegetarian options and online ordering was easy to use. I got my food to-go, and it was ready when I arrived
Had large group (6 adults & 4 children) July 14, 2024. The food was good but the service was poor. Could not explain as it was not excessively busy. Order was mixed up without an apology though we accepted the flawed order for the sake of time. It was a birthday celebration and there was no acknowledgement or well wishes. We tipped 20% out of habit but it really was not earned. Unfortunate!
Love this place. It never disappoints. Fresh fresh fresh
We love Thai and Vine. The food is delicious every time. Best Thai food my family, including my kids has ever had!
Excellent!! Pineapple fried rice was the best thing I have eaten in a long time!! We plan to return often!
Very authentic food reasonably priced Marissa is awesome at customer service and making sure you have a pleasant meal. We have been here probably 15 times we live on the island and very much appreciate great quality with reasonable price.
The ginger beef has been perfect every time, especially when you add extra vegetables. I think that
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is a little little bit steep, but it’s still very accessible

Umm…. Not sure if I want to let people know how good this place is ……. Even the lousy places get too crowded at Oak Island. But ok - gotta say - this place is fantastic! The food is great - been a couple of times and it all was the best Thai I’ve ever had . Not a Thai food fanatic - but everything has been delicious and spicy - the crispy duck , anything with the red curry sauce - the whole fried snapper ? . And I didn’t know about Thai coconut ice cream - wow - vegan! And …wow . Vegan gelato - delicious.
And the family portrait of the general tells me they may have the Thai govt secrets on how to make the best Thai food I’ve ever had.

Everything was fantastic. Especially the food. It was all very fresh and clean eating. This place will definitely be a favorite.
Parking: Plenty of room for parking, and walking distance to the beach for afterwards.

First time eating here and ordered to go. Very disappointed. Some of the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. My husband said the chicken satay was good but I ordered the veggie potstickers and was given the meat instead. I’m a vegetarian so that was ruined. We also ordered two fried rice entrees and they were awful. The rice was definitely not fried and the veggies weren’t even sautéed, looked steamed. No spice or flavor. I ordered mine hot and he ordered his Thai hot and they weren’t even spicy. Very upset, especially for what I paid. Next time I’ll go to my usual in the area. Don’t waste your money here.

I think this is the best Thai food I’ve had in NC! Insanely good pad Thai and curry. Wonderful service and relaxed, lovely atmosphere. The perfect thing to look forward to after a day in the sun. Can’t wait to come back!

We are so happy to have a Thai place on the island. Service and food were fantastic. Recommend the Red Thai curry, just the right amount of heat and flavor

Beautiful lunch! Great prices! Fantastic service and wonderful atmosphere! Near the beach and easily accessible even for handicapped. Waitress was very accommodating and explained the sauces to me by bringing them to me and letting me try each one! The special duck sauce they mixed for me was the one I was looking for and it is excellent! I used the remainder, that I'd eaten with my spring rolls; to pour over my chicken dish that they brought! The sauce made it a little special and tangy, and absolutely tasty! I had the glass noodle chicken dish with snow peas and carrots. Very mild and easy on my stomach, as I was having trouble that day. Exactly what the doctor ordered! And I still had enough for dinner!
Vegetarian options: Pretty much anything on the menu can come in a vegetarian option. Anything new order, you have to add the protein to it. Also, the vegetables that are stir fried are not so cooked that they don't have any crispness left. To me, this is important because that way, the nutrients are still in the vegetable.
Dietary restrictions: I personally am a bit allergic to peanuts. Not radically, but enough to where I have to watch my intake. My plate came free of peanuts and I have ordered over the phone and know that they will hold the peanuts to the side. Each dish here is handmade for each person. So, it's not a hard thing for them to do.
Parking: It is in a small strip mall, but there seems to be plenty of parking and it is near the beach so, I think street parking is also an option if necessary. But I would be sure to check the local laws regarding street parking before I did so.
Kid-friendliness: I would say it's a little tight for young toddlers, but okay for grade school and above.
Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp to the front door is a little steep, but it is definitely doable.
