We arrived early evening on a Tuesday and the place was absolutely slammed. We put her name in for a table and went upstairs for a Tiki drink or two. Drinks were excellent. After we were seated our server, Riley took out drink order and reappeared quickly with water and our drinks. Our first visit and thought..hey, this is a cool place but then...they bring our food out but no drinks. My wife and I ordered diet pepsi & water, I go back to the guy at the register of the Tiki bar & let him know we'd not received our drinks yet, which he just rudely points to on the table next to him. I take them back to the table, my wife takes a sip and says it isn't water but some crazy funky drink she didn't order. I'd already paid for our meal then they bring out a bill...read full review
The food was amazing but the server and food runner would have rather been anywhere but at work. The food runner was throwing food on the table like he was pissed off. The server never asked if we needed boxes or refills before bringing the check. Gratuity was already added, which was fine but servers should always inform their customers.
