We arrived early evening on a Tuesday and the place was absolutely slammed. We put her name in for a table and went upstairs for a Tiki drink or two. Drinks were excellent. After we were seated our server, Riley took out drink order and reappeared quickly with water and our drinks. The food was amazing but the server and food runner would have rather been anywhere but at work. The food runner was throwing food on the table like he was pissed off. The server never asked if we needed boxes or refills before bringing the check. Gratuity was already added, which was fine but servers should always inform their customers. Food and service was amazing! We shared the lobster and shrimp nachos and an order of crab bites and still had to get a take home box. Our server was Dalton and he was great! We frequent Ocean Isle for vacation and will definitely be back! 👍👍

Ocean Isle Fish Company offers great shrimp tacos, black beans & rice, and cold beer with a nice view of the waterway. The restaurant has a friendly staff and delicious food, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the North Carolina coast. Inside seating provides a nice view all around of the water. Some dishes like Mahi are really good, and portions are large and served quickly and hot. The place also has a great beer selection, and the tuna appetizer is highly recommended. Visitors can relax with a Tiki drink or a frozen margarita while enjoying the lively atmosphere. Outdoor dining with a bar is available, where both food and drinks are ordered at the bar, creating a relaxed and informal setting. The tiki bar, located on the third floor, offers views of boats coming and going and is a popular spot for watching the scenery while dining. The restaurant is known as a go-to destination, with large portions and reasonable prices that make for a great night out. Although some recent visitors felt the food was not as impressive as before, they still enjoyed the friendly service, especially when a special request for a favorite tuna sandwich was made and prepared fresh. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy good food, cold drinks, and beautiful views.
