Luma was awesome plus the ice cream was great!!!
Their 1 scoop is like other places 2 scoops. They have bluebell real ice cream and serve it big! Recommend. Don't miss out.

SCOOPS at OIB Pier is a busy ice cream shoppe right on the beach. Visitors may stand in line for around 10 minutes, but the staff is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is clean, and the service is fast. The ice cream is great, with a really great selection. One scoop is enormous and generous. A waffle cone with 1 scoop of peanut cup ice cream and a cup of cookies and cream were both enjoyed. The shark attack slushy is sooo good. The ladies are super nice and patient, even with all 16 of us. Price is fair for any ice cream place, especially for a place on the coast. Ice cream 4 out of 5, service 5 out of 5, value 4 out of 5, location 5 out of 5. Highly recommended when visiting Ocean Isle Beach. Tip them well please!
