We found this gem when we vacationed to Ocracoke one June 6th, 2021. It's tucked along a side street near the castle hotel. The food takes some time, but it is worth it! The burrito I got was flavorful and amazing. The rice and beans were also very good, and the salsa is homemade and bursting with flavor. There are tables near the truck but we ate it on the waterfront.
Fish tacos were fresh, flavorful, filling. Good salsa. Guacamole and chips, rice and beans - all good accompaniments. It’s a semi permanent food truck and there is outside seating.
