“We went to The pop up Jon G’s was having at Triple C brewing. It was fantastic!! The best BBQ anywhere near Charlotte. We have been to their place in Peachland which is only open on Saturday and you have to get there early since they serve until sold out. It is about 1.5 hours from where we live, so we don’t go often. This pop up at triple C was great. The brisket was moist, flavorful and just the right amount of fat-yum. Coleslaw, Mac n cheese delicious along with the baked bean. We are big lovers of Triple C so that was a major plus. Hope Jon G’s does more pop up in Charlotte!“
