Went through drive-thru. Food received was cold and appeared to be sitting underneath a heating lamp for hours! I asked the guy for some fresh food and he told me they couldn't make it fresh so he would just refund me my money!!! So instead of preparing the customer with fresh food, you refund the customer and lose money?! Make it make sense!!!
You need to change your oil. French fries were not good. Tasted old and my bread on chicken sandwich was hard.
