Prices of very high. You should have weekly and daily specials.The taste of the sandwiches have become inconsistent because the preparers are not consistently trained.The price in the inconsistency, may drive me away - right now, I still enjoy a firehouse sandwich every now and then.
Not the workers fault, but it's so slow to get your orders. I don't know if they get too many online orders and can't process the in store customers in time...but there's 5 orders a head of us and everyone's been sitting a while. We've been waiting for over 25 minutes which is pretty standard. The orders trickle out every 7 minutes. So if your rushed for time, don't come here!!
