“I try to come to this little food court when I'm in the area and decided to try Sizzling for the first time today. It gets ready relatively quickly and the main course is pretty tasty but I'd recommend to get an extra sauce cup for sure. I did feel that the customer service was a bit subpar but I feel like it was just the individual who took my order and served me.“

“For the 1st time since I've been going to this location I had a bad customer service experience! I intended to order a small salata mix with the seafood salad mix. I received ONE shrimp in the scoop that this work prepared for me. I simply asked him could he please put a few more shrimp in, and he said it should be an extra $4.99 for another scoop. I explained I'm not asking for another scoop. I'm asking that you add a few more shrimp. I then waited as my salad sat on the counter spoiling for the manager to come and speak to me! The worker didn't bother to let the Manager know I was waiting and showed poor customer service. All he did was point in the direction of the manager. I'm not a rude person and they did get busy as I let 5 people go ahead in front of me while I patiently waited. The manager didn't even know I was waiting! Because of this I will not be back at this location!“

“Of course I had to try it out for support!!! But let’s talk about this salad!!! I used Absolutely no salad dressing. The flavor of the mix lettuce was just amazingly great. I had gotten 2 different meats and shrimp 🥴. I have never been a person on cold shrimp and it was my first time adding shrimp to a salad. I got it to go and thought it was a good idea to try this salad on 77 around 2:30 while driving “that was not a smart thought” !!! I wish I recorded my reaction when all that flavor hit my whole mouth!! 🤦🏽♀️ I rushed home to eat!!! AMAZING ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ yes 10!!! And the young lady that fixed it for me was very professional and sweet!!“

“I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I especially want to recognize the excellent service from managers Camilo and Jon.
A few weeks ago, I was dining with my party, and unfortunately, we were seated near an air vent that was blowing extremely cold air. Camilo and Jon immediately noticed that we were uncomfortable and came over to make sure we were okay. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely concerned about making our experience better.
Camilo even offered me some warm soup and had the air adjusted to help provide some relief. That level of personal attention and care really stood out to me. It showed that the management team wasn't simply focused on getting through the day—they truly cared about their guests' comfort and experience.
Because of how Camilo and Jon handled the situation, I would absolutely return. What could have been an uncomfortable experience was turned into a positive one because of their quick response and great customer service.
Thank you, Camilo and Jon, for taking care of your guests and representing the restaurant so well. Great service like that makes a difference, and I look forward to coming back!“

“I have been shopping for athletic shoes at Fleet Feet-Fort Mill exclusively for about 8 years. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. We went in on April 23, 2026 for my husband to get fitted for good sneakers to walk in. Caroline helped us measure and map out his feet and go d just the right shoes and insoles to support him well. She was also assisting another customer when we walked in and we were happy to wait. She started working with my husband while the other customer’s son was walking around in the shoes he was trying on. She was very attentive to both the other customers and us. Can’t praise her enough!!! And can’t praise Fleet Feet enough!“

As someone from Syracuse, NY, where Brooklyn Pickle is from, this place brings back all the best memories. I was so happy to see that they’re in Charlotte now!
The dark rye roast beef sandwich is especially amazing… so good and so satisfying. I also really enjoyed the macaroni salad and broccoli salad, which tasted fresh and classic. This place is exactly how I remember it!
It feels great to have a taste of home down here, and Brooklyn Pickle absolutely delivers. We will definitely be back again!“

“I’ve been living in Charlotte for about 6 months now, and unfortunately, I’ve had some pretty disappointing customer service experiences at a lot of fast food and quick-service restaurants. This Panera has been the complete opposite.
Every time I come here, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. My order is always correct, the service is quick, and the overall atmosphere is consistently positive. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer service is clearly a priority.
I honestly look forward to coming here because I know I’m going to have a great experience. The team does an amazing job, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. 10/10—keep up the great work! 😊“

“Today was my first time visiting Panera Bread. I know, where have I been,right. But let me tell you my experience I had at the one in Fort Mill SC. I had this amazing poppyseed salad. The manager was super nice to me. It was 12:15 on 6/16/21. He threw in a some bread, free of charge. I felt like he knew me. Like he was family. Definitely will be going back there. ❤️“
