“I try to come to this little food court when I'm in the area and decided to try Sizzling for the first time today. It gets ready relatively quickly and the main course is pretty tasty but I'd recommend to get an extra sauce cup for sure. I did feel that the customer service was a bit subpar but I feel like it was just the individual who took my order and served me.“

“It is without exaggeration that I say this is my favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area. You can tell the level of care and detail the food is consistently prepared with. Everything is always just right, from the house made salad dressing, to the breading on the pork, even down to the ramen being just the right thickness and consistency. The servers are always prompt and courteous and the portions are always generous too. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, I just wish they were open on Tuesdays.“

The bento box provided the perfect amount of food to fill you but not leave you feeling stuffed. The pickled radish was very tasty with great texture; I could eat my fill with those. However, I wished the karaage would’ve been coated more for an extra crispy texture.

The waitlist feature on the site is a bit misleading. Obviously, you can’t join the waitlist when the restaurant is closed but having a waitlist option made it seem like it would be hard to get a seat. We ended up walking in for lunch. Will be back for more!“

Whether it be the Hamachi Haru with the semi spicy strawberry Ponzu, salmon nigiri with lemon, or Scarlett Crown Sushi roll (Tempura Soft Shell Crab, Avocado| Topped: Spicy Tuna, Spicy Mayo, Fried Garlic)) It was all delicious artistry. Service was impeccable too (Sophia). The Lotus Milk Punch cocktail probably jumped too my favorite cocktail in Charlotte. (Clarified Don Julio Reposado, Zacapa, Lime, Pineapple, Coconut)“

“My family and I ate at Hanako last night, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We ordered miso and hot soups along with several rolls — spicy salmon, spicy tuna, volcano, dragon, and the Hanako roll. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Even though the restaurant was short-staffed, our food arrived on time, and the staff remained attentive. The bathrooms were also very clean, which I appreciate. The only drawback for me was that the lighting was a little dim.

Overall, Hanako serves the best sushi in the Indian Land area. When I’m craving sushi locally, this is my go-to spot!“

“I was able to reserve a table for a large group and ensure that their food came out fast with the restaurant. They were well prepared and hosted my group of 10 without a problem. It was a nice, quiet and cool place to take a work lunch. The food was delicious with nice portion sizes. Every dish looked great. And the staff was extremely helpful during our time there and helping get the orders organized for so many people. If I have a big group or a small group or if I’m by myself; this place is worth going to on a weekly basis.“
