Yesterday 2/22/24 I brought some residents from the nursing home to this Bojangles at lunch time. The staff was so nice! They held the door open as I pushed the residents in in their w/c’s, helped rearrange the chairs and tables, brought the food to the table and more. Thank you all so much!
It really just seems as if no matter how many chances I give them, they can't get it right. From missing order items to missing sauces! I don't know why they even ask what you want at the drive thru, because you WILL NOT be getting what you ordered. Two times in a row this has happened. Can't get money back. They can't get it right. It really is sad.

This is just one of those locations that seems like it doesn't know what Bojangles' is supposed to be. The parking lot is ridiculous and the overall vibes are just way off. I've dined in hospital cafeterias with more charm.
