I’ve eaten bread from pretty much every serious local bakery. Their multigrain bread may well be the ideal loaf. It’s truly a work of art in terms of texture and taste. It’s also undeniably simple. It’s rare to find a perfect staple food, and this is it.
New to Pittsboro. I found this bread at the coop in Pittsboro and it’s by far the best bread I have had in many years. A hidden gem. My husband is from Germany and asking every day when I’m getting another loaf. I will be buying every week and spreading the word.
