New to Pittsboro. I found this bread at the coop in Pittsboro and it’s by far the best bread I have had in many years. A hidden gem. My husband is from Germany and asking every day when I’m getting another loaf. I will be buying every week and spreading the word.
One of the very best bakeries in the Triangle! Incredible natural leaven breads and pastry utilizing the highest quality local ingredients. They sell out quickly at the carrboro farmers market, so get there early!
