Love this Dunkin restaurant , the people there are great! It’s hard to find genuine people, but that’s what you get when you go to this location on Ramseur Rd in Pittsboro. If your in the area and want great customer service ( and great coffee) then stop by you won’t regret the experience… 😁
As the store manager here, it truly amazes me that so many happy customers come everyday and yet they majority of those who actually do reviews are negative. I was on vacation and passing through when I stopped to get a.drink..I was immediately greeted with smiles which made me feel comfortable. I have social anxiety, so any type of public setting im very anxious. I felt super comfortable and the service was incredibly fast I had a mango refresher and it was perfect. This a established is definitely a 5 stars and well done to all the employees there. Thank you for the warm experience.
