I want to thank the manager of that store he is one lady that goes up over and beyond to help her fellow citizens. I was down on my luck stranded in Pittsburgh for 2 days this manager was able to give me something to eat and more. Two orders of fries were not fit for a dog to eat hard, dry (I only went there to get change for a 20 dollar bill), apple turn overs cold and everything was two days old in taste. What’s the rating -10?? Close down and quit playing!!!! Especially with people…& their hard earned MONEY!!!

Hardee's offers delicious and well made food, though quality is sometimes inconsistent. The ham biscuit is so good, very brown with amazing ham. The hand breaded chicken sandwich is on level with Chick-fil-A. Burgers are fresh with fresh tomato, fresh lettuce, and fresh buns. Fries are good. Customer service varies greatly. Drive thru service is rarely friendly, often making customers feel rushed. However, some staff deal with customers very respectfully, getting food out in under 3 minutes with fresh items. The manager on duty in the mornings can be awful, hateful, and rude, needing training in customer care. Not the cheapest but absolutely worth trying.
