I want to thank the manager of that store he is one lady that goes up over and beyond to help her fellow citizens. I was down on my luck stranded in Pittsburgh for 2 days this manager was able to give me something to eat and more. When she not in my bag and I drink I was not nowhere near what I expected all I can say is thank you to the Hardee's staff and manager working thank you for paying it forward your act of kindness was definitely noticed and I appreciate it you're a good...read full review
My food was great and my Fries were hot.. I like that $5 All-star meal..
Came for breakfast and it was ready within 2 minutes and it tasted the way Hardee's should. Can't ask much more than that!

Hardee's offers delicious and well made food, though quality is sometimes inconsistent. The ham biscuit is so good, very brown with amazing ham. The hand breaded chicken sandwich is on level with Chick-fil-A. Burgers are fresh with fresh tomato, fresh lettuce, and fresh buns. Fries are good. Customer service varies greatly. Drive thru service is rarely friendly, often making customers feel rushed. However, some staff deal with customers very respectfully, getting food out in under 3 minutes with fresh items. The manager on duty in the mornings can be awful, hateful, and rude, needing training in customer care. Not the cheapest but absolutely worth trying.
