I ordered a thin crust. When I got home I found that they had given me a regular crust and it was not fully cooked.
Ordered delivery tonight at 5:50 and pizza still isn’t here at 9pm. No one answers the phone when you call. I guess I’ll just dispute the charge with my credit card as I am guessing no one is going to help in store if they won’t even answer the phone. 🤷🏻♀️
We ordered food for a PIZZA party on a Sunday afternoon and they never showed up. We tried to call and no one would answer the phone. Tried to order again tonight and they wanted to charge us almost $50 for 2 medium pizzas. I asked if they could apply a coupon or give us a break considering they ghosted us our last order, and they said sorry, you should have called when you didn't get your order.
