I'm not much into coffee but she knew exactly what to make me that would appeal to my tastes and it was perfectly yummy! My friend said the coffee was really smooth.

“Driving through the area and found the restaurant on a simple Google maps search. My husband loooves steak. Haggerty’s ended up being a fantastic find, steaks for both of us were done to perfection. Each came with a side salad that was delicious and lots of toppings (my fave). We each ordered cocktails, and loved that too. I wish I paid attention to our servers name. She did a great service to the company, she was excellent and very attentive even though she was busy with other customers. Even the hostess seating was very welcoming and wished us well on our way out. Happy full customers for the rest of our drive.”

“when we come to NC we always eat here for lunch. I was very disappointed yesterday, they didn't have tartar sauce, no crab cakes, no chicken livers, no barbeque, it was numerous things they were out of. The coleslaw was old and the hushpuppies was cold and dry. I wonder what they had going on yesterday, that was my first worst experience, maybe the truck hadn't came in. I'm going to try again in a couple more weeks, hopefully they will be back on point, other than that my food was hot and on point, throw away the coleslaw.”

“Ordered tenderloin and gravy and received just a piece of fried tenderloin with no gravy. The tenderloin was very thin and tough, but was seasoned well. The eggs were good. I didn't eat the biscuit, because I thought I was going to have gravy.”

“We had our class reunion at 51 Sycamore on September 23, the day that tropical storm Ophelia visited. Due to the conditions we weren't able to use the patio at the beginning of the event. Mr. Bennett, Victoria, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The staff was courteous, the food was excellent, and once the weather improved they worked quickly to make the patio area available for us to use. They treated us like family. Thank you so much. You helped make our event a huge success. I will recommend 51 Sycamore to anyone who needs a nice, high class venue for their events.”

“Love the food at Great Wall! It's always hot and fresh, and unlike Chinese buffets, every dish tastes different! They always accommodate us by leaving out the MSG, and owner is very nice. Reasonable prices! Street parking in front allows for fast pick up. We always get to-go. Egg Foo Young is AWESOME as is Sesame Chicken and the dumplings.”

“Very affordable. Loaf bread,Tasty cake, herrs chips, brims chips, gravys, soups, breakfast items, cookies, drinks, rolls, hot and hamburger rolls, and fruit snacks. Everything you want and a lot you don't. If you walk in you will definitely find something you want or need. And the prices are at least 50 cents cheaper then most if not all other stores.”
