Very unsanitary imo. Dust particles fly through the air and into food when you vacuum. Other than that the food was amazing. “Family of four ate there for jthe first time. Son and my wife really liked the Cheese Steak Burrito; daughter-in-law devoured chicken and beef tacos. I took the waitress's recommendation and had Jalisco chicken instead of Arroz Con Pollo-- great choice. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Prices were good and service excellent. This won't be our last visit.”

“It's Captain D's, what do you expect? I wanted crispy, deep fried fish and that's exactly what I got. Cashier was friendly, food was delivered quickly, and the quality was as expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the side of broccoli.”

“So I would give this jade kitchen about three point five stars , so I went ahead and round it 24 since they have a lot of bad reviews. Today november 2024 i spent over $75 we bought mixed vegetables, crab rangoon, chicken lomaine, (forgive my spelling) sesame chicken, white rice, chicken fried rice, fried chicken, fries, and egg rolls .. Everything was hot and fresh however the Egg rolls as posted before tasted like vomit, I immediately had to spit it out and I think we purchased 4 of those and all 4 went in the trash.I do not recommend that at all. However , despite all the bad reviews , the food was hot and delicious thr lady was very friendly but a little hard to uunderstand but not once was she rude , she was happy to help and we got it figured out . The atmosphere has a bad smell and box's filled up but I would order again . The lomaine was the best I have ever tasted .. if you look i rate everything I have over 200 reviews Im not gonna lie about it and it's definitely not #2 in Monroe but this place definitely deserves a chance ..”

“Ordered online, picked up inside. I had ordered two medium freezes and was told the freeze machine was broken, so they offered two large cups for soda as a substitute. They did not skimp on burrito fillings. They were very sweet people.
Overall, I wished I lived closer so I could visit this location more often.”

“I want to give a 5-Star shout out to LarShanell for her great job tonight. She was level headed, kind, and authoritative. I watched her handle three different customers, two of them were not able to have their order filled the way they ordered it because of the items not being available. Because of the way she carried herself and handled the situation, no one was angry or upset. If you are looking for a new manager for Wendy's, she's your girl. I predict a revenue increase if you give her more authority.”

“The consistency in food being good. Manager knows what it takes to run a successful business and he is always striving to do that. if you live the place, tell others. If you should run into a problem tell the GM. Fair enough?”
