The food doesn't fit the name of the establishment. When I think of backyard burgers, I'm thinking flamed grilled burgers (there's even a flame in the name ). The burger was okay. I got the #5, the Bacon Cheddar, and it's $12 and some change!!! It comes with bacon, cheddar cheese, mayo, pickles, red onions, lettuce (very green and leafy, love), tomatoes, ketchup and mustard. I went to Backyard Burger for the first time on March 17, 2024. I went to the Raleigh, NC location on Strickland. I read the reviews ahead of time and some of the reviews weren't very good so I was interested to see what I would find. I got a Black and Bleu burger and large fries to go via the drive thru so I can't comment about the atmosphere of the interior. But I think it was the BEST burger I've ever had. I like the fact there is a fast drive-through, and some of their food is good. They would do so much better if they filtered their water for the ice tea so that it doesn't taste like dirt, and please serve real fries... Not fries that are covered in batter like donuts. Thanks.
