we were in the mood for some New Orleans flavored food so decided to try The Big Easy. it’s a bar + restaurant so we sat at the bar and had lower expectations of the food we got the fried green tomato and pimento cheese sandwich with a side of gouda grits. my friend got the shrimp and oyster poboy with the alligator bites to start and red beans as a side. the gouda grits were great, the poboy was good, the alligator bites were decent but salty, the sandwich was good but needed...read full review
Decent lunch & good beer. We popped in as couldn’t get in where were hoping for, but a good alternative. Crab cake sandwich was excellent, & Turkey & bacon melt made to my wife’s (fussy) request was excellent too!

Went with friends and we all agreed that it was good. My one friends Mac n cheese tasted a little strange compared to my other friends, not sure why. We got the crab dip and I’d go again and just get that an a drink.
